• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry/clean.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken with spinach and cheese, mashed potato, asparagus, and half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:25pm Administered 500mg METRONIDAZOLE (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper and a Very small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.0, Pulse: 67, O2: 96.
