• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• Oxigen is ON

• 4:30pm

  BP: 114/60

  Pulse: 90

  O2: 93

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Veggies lasagna, rice pudding and 4oz lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:25pm Administered 2-4mg tablets of Methylprednisolone (crushed) with apple sauce.

•  5:30pm Administered 1tablet (875/125mg) AMOXICILLIN & CLAVULANATE crushed) with apple sauce.

• 5:45pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Oxigen is ON

         O2: 96

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
