• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• Oxygen is ON

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 103/70.

  Pulse: 65

  O2: 99

• Maureen had 3oz of electrolytes drink.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:05pm Dinner Baked salmon with mashed potato and steamed veggies, and 3oz lemon water. She coughed and sneezed three times.

• 5:45pm Administered 20ml of expectant with apple sauce.

• 5:50pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a light wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Oxigen is ON

         Temp: 98.1

         Pulse: 66

         O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
