Friday, Aug. 30, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake while on her left side, she had sips of water via swab.

8:20AM - She closed back her eyes.

8:35AM - Maureen slowly opened her eyes, looking more awake than earlier. No signs of distress. We placed her on her back and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 98/58, P: 77bpm, O2: 94%

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry with very light, yellowish v. discharged. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

9:15AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - she's having waffle with butter and syrup, pear and 6oz coffee. Maureen coughed (dry) 2x, nose dripping.

9:55AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:10AM - We are going out for a walk!🌞🕶️

11:05AM - Came back home from a nice walk.

She had 3oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:20PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:30PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

Lunch followed - fish roll with tzatziki, baked zucchini/tomato/onion, 11oz of coconut water. Maureen coughed 5x (dry).

1:30PM - Oral care.

Maureen's looking relax while resting.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break, diaper was clean and dry. We placed her on the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen took 2 oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
