• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 106/60, P 68.

• 4:50pm Checked diaper, it’s light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken parmigiana bowl and half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed; Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where, Mayla and I cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse: 65, O2: 97.
