• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/79.

  Pulse: 69

  O2: 93

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Baked Chicken and potato dish, and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and her nose was runny during meal.

• 5:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

         Temp: 97.1

         Pulse: 70

         O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
