4:00 pm: Maureen was resting and watching TV in the living room. I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:30 pm: we changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 Dinner: chicken fajita

Maureen was enjoying very much.

6:15 pm: we administered 20 ml of Guaifenesin cough syrup

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with mixed berry's yogurt

6:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

6:55 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.
