4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer. Ann (the nurse) visited her today.

5:00 pm: Dinner: meat muffin, potatos and califlower prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked it very much.

Maureen coughed thrre times during the dinner.

Tommy visited Maureen.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom.

We cleaned and changed her. we applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 95.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 77
