4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: : we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 pm: we administered a dose of Guaifenesin cough syrup (20 ml).

6:00 pm : dinner: vegetables lasagna. She was enjoying very much.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and one chocolate chip cookie

6:30 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.
