February 5 swing shift update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting in the recliner, watching tv and finishing her fruit snack.

• 4:30pm BP 106/58.

• 5:00 Dinner - Beef casserole. Cup of water.

• 6:10pm Administered 12.5mL Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm We headed to the bedroom for the night. Maureen’s diaper is dry. Tom and I cleansed Maureen’s skin and applied moisturizing lotion. Maureen is lying on her left side.

• Vitals: Temp 97°, pulse 62, O2 98%.
