February 3, 2022, Swingshift Update

3:45 pm: Julie - a nurse visited Maureen. After she left Maureen was relaxing in the living room. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:15 pm Maureen took 20 minutes nap.

5:40 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen

5:55 pm: 20 ml cough syrop (white bottle)

6:00 pm dinner: chilli

Maureen enjoyed her dinner very much today. Thank you Carolyn!

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:15 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 98.2

Oxygen: 96,

Hear Rate: 79.

7:30 pm: asleep
