4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and having good time with Carolyn.

5:30 pm: The diaper was very wet. We changed Maureen and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 pm: Dinner: Shepherd Pie with Veg - prepaid by Carolyn :)

6:15 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and half chocolate chip cookie from Suzen

6:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 98.0

Oxygen: 97

Hear: 67

7:30 pm: asleep.
