4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer.

Me, Carolyn and Tom together, we applied To Maureen chest: heart monitor Zio - according to the instructions. Be very careful and avoid water and lotion in the monitor area.

Please refer to the instructions on how to proceed. The instruction is in the kitchen in the kitchen cupboard on paper plates.

Along with the instructions is a small booklet to be completed when Maureen develops symptoms.

5:00 pm: Dinner: beef, potatos and peas prepaid by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:00 pm :

* 12,5 ml VIMPAT

* 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

* CIPROFLOXACIN 500 MG with applesouce

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

We applied Nystatin on the lower abdomen - there was a little redness.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows. Temperature 96

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 79

7:10 pm : asleep
