2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break.

Cleaned and change a medium wet diaper.

Medium formed BM.

Positioned her on her right side.

Barb visited Maureen😊

3:30 pm: Second break ends.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Dressed and headed to the living area.

4:00 pm: Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon, apple and banana ).

4:50 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: Caserolle: ham, green peas, mushrooms, broccoli, nudles

3/4 cup of water with lemon ( 7 oz )

5:50 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
