February 24 swing shift update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting calmly in the recliner, watching tv.

• 5:00pm Dinner - scallops, mashed potatoes, spinach, asparagus, carrots.

• 5:45pm Administered 12.5 mL Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine with applesauce.

• 5:55pm Oral care.

• 6:10pm We headed to the bedroom for the night. Diaper is heavy wet - Tom and I performed a clean and change. Maureen urinated some more during the process. Applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas. Applied moisturizing cream to arms and face. Maureen is lying on her left side.

• Vitals at bedtime: temp 97.8°, pulse 68, O2 96%.
