6:10, dinner, chicken and veggie casserole, 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt, 5ml OXCARBAZEPINE, teeth, cleanup and get ready for bed with Vick’s on throat and chest, NYSTATIN applied under left breast

7:45, bed and asleep by 8:15
