4:00 pm: Ann - the nurse visited Maureen. Maureen was resting in the reclainer in the living room.

5:00 pm: Dinner: spagettii bread and half egg.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:00 pm :

* 12,5 ml VIMPAT

* 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

* CIPROFLOXACIN 500 MG with applesouce

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Small soft bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96.0

Oxygen: 97
