4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in living room and watching TV. She had good time with Barbara.

I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:15 pm: We transferred Maureen earlier today. We cleaned and changed her in the bed. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:40 pm: Dinner: chicken encillada, beets

6:00 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry and cheese cake yogurt.

6:20 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

6:45 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.2

Oxygen: 96

Hear: 70

7:15 pm: asleep
