4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing and watching TV in the living room. She ate one valentines candy:)

I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:40 pm: we changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was a little wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 Dinner: tacos ( beef, tomato, rice)

6:30 pm: we administered 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:05 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 98.2

Oxygen: 97
