4:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite shows.

5.30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: chicken, pineaple, rice, spaghetti squash

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry cheesecake yogurt

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:25 pm:

Temp: 98.4

Oxygen: 97,

Hear Rate: 71.

7:40 pm: asleep

No new marks were obsorved. No Benadryl was applied.
