Fabruary 6, 2023, Swing Shift

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

Carolyn visited Maureen.

5:00 pm: Dinner: fish (cod), green peas, asparagus and carrot, prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoing very much :)

Maureen coughed six times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello.

6:30 pm: Evening oral care.

6:50 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest..

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 67
