4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in living room. I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom( using the Hoyer lift). Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen (using the Hoyer lift) for dinner: chicken tenders, french fries, coleslow

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:35 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with yoplait lime yogurt

6:50 pm: Oral care. Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied:

- Cetaphil to face, arms and hands

- Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:20 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed (using the Hoyer lift). Dry diaper, position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Applied:

- Cetaphil to both feet.

- Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

7:50 pm: asleep
