4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken pot pie

1/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing six times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 102/66 P:70p

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:07 pm: Evening oral care.

6:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 67

6:45 asleep.
