4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer snd watching TV.

5:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned her, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner: spagetti prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked it very much.

She was coughing two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream.

Applied Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96,4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

7:45 pm : asleep
