December 31 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting in the recliner. Fruit snack time. 3 coughs, 2 sneezes.

• 4:45pm Administered 20mL cough medicine.

• 5:00pm Maureen is asleep in the Geri chair.

• 6:00pm Maureen is still asleep but we decided to head to the bedroom for a change. Diaper is heavy wet - Tom and I performed a clean and change and applied 3M Cavilon barrier cream. We headed to the kitchen after.

• 6:20pm Dinner - beef and veggie casserole. Maureen coughed 2 times.

• 6:42pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 12.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:50pm Oral care.

• 6:55pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to throat and chest.

• 7:10pm Bedtime. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her.

• Vitals @ bedtime: Temp 96.5, pulse 63, O2 93%.
