9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:00am: Maureen is awake.

We gave her sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:10 Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:15 am: Me and Merianne washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

A little wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10.35 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 10 oz of water with lemon.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

10:45 am : Breakfast: scrambled egg with onion, tomato and cheese. Some banana.

Maureen had 8 oz apple juice.

11:15 am: Oral care.

12:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first rest break.

Diaper was clean and dry.

We position to face her right side.

1:25 pm: first rest break is over.

Medium wet diaper. Small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Transferred to the front room.

1:40 pm: Lunch: pea soup.

11 oz coconut water.

2:05 pm: Oral Care.

2:15 pm: Dr. Parise arrived - trimmed and filed Maureen’s toe nails.

2:20 pm: Luda visited Maureen😊

2:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the second rest break.

Diaper was clean and dry.

We position to face her right side.

3:25 pm: second rest break is over.

Dry diaper.

Transferred to the front room.

3:35 pm: Watermelon for snack.

3:45 pm: Administered Neb treatment with Albuterol.

4:30 pm: Dinner: Orange Chicken Bowl.

8 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

5:55 pm: Oral Care.

6:05 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
