4:00 pm: Julie - a nurse was here.

Maureen was relaxing in the living room and talking with Barbara.

I massaged her left arm and hand.

Barbara did right hand.

5:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Medium wet diaper, we cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 pm: dinner: turkey, potatos with cheese, brocolli

6:20 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cavilon lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Medium wet diaper. We cleaned and changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

7:45 pm: asleep
