4:00 pm Maureen was resting in the living room. She was watching TV. At 4:40 pm she felt asleep. 5:50 pm: We headed her to the bedrom.

Before we changed her, she had another episode ( about 8 minutes)

Her eyes were wide open. She had slight tremors.

Heart rate: 75

Oxygen: 97

6:10 pm : we cleaned and changed Maureen: the diaper was very wet.

We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: chicken, potatos, spinach.

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner.

Tommy visited Maureen.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouse.

7:05 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:25 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96,9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68

7:50 pm : asleep.
