4:00 pm: Maureen was resting and watching TV in the living room.I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Medium wet diaper, we cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 pm: dinner: chicken/veggie pie

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with blueberries yogurt

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cavilon lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Medium wet diaper. We cleaned and changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

We haven't noticed any little red spots on Maureen's right cheek tonight.
