4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.I massaged her right arm and hand.

Tom gave her one cookie :)

5:30 pm: Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 pm: dinner: chicken, pasta, green beans

6:20 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

6:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cavilon lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:05 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

7:45 pm: asleep
