4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the reclainer and watching TV.

The diaper was dry.

5:00 pm: dinner: enchilada caserolle

3/4 cup of water.

5:45 pm: BP: 104/58 P: 71

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with banana cream pie.

6:05 pm: Evening oral care.

6:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
