4:00 pm: Maureen had a great evening with Carollyn.

We massaged Maureen's hands together : Carolyn did left and I did right. I think it made Maureen very relaxed during dinner.

5:30 pm: me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet, we cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:45: Carolyn prepared the dinner. Maureen ate with great appetite:

Salmon with asparagus and macaroni&cheese and green peas.

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

6:30 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned, used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam. Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under the left breast.

Changed t-shirt

7:30 pm : We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Nystatin Ointment: under the general area of the waistline directly below the navel.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:50 pm: asleep
