4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

I massaged her left hand.

5:30/6:00 pm: good time with Suzen

6:00 pm : We transferred Maureen to the bedroom, the diaper was very wet, we changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner : beef pot roast, potatos, carrot

6:35 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:40 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and banana bread

6:55 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned, used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam. Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:30 pm : We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Nystatin Ointment: under the general area of the waistline directly below the navel.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:50 pm: asleep
