4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00-5:45 pm: Maureen took a nap.

5:45 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: dinner: sloppy joes, coleslow, cup of water.

She coughed six times during the dinner.

6:45 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

6:55 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Nystatin under right breast.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96,4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

7:30 pm : asleep.
