3:45 pm: visit of a nurse - Julie.

After Julie left I started massage the left hand. Maureen was resting and watching TV in the living room.

5:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift, very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen( using the Hoyer lift) for dinner: barbecue pork, salad

6:20 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla rice pudding and banana bread

6:45 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam),

Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:20 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed (using the Hoyer lift). Medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

We cleaned the navel with Cetaphil and water and applied a thin layer of Hydrocortisone.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to both big toes of the right and left foot

7:50 pm: asleep
