4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room.

Massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm : We transferred Maureen to the bedroom (using the Hoyer lift), we changed her in the bed, the diaper was medium wet, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:45 pm: Dinner : chicken with broccoli.

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry cheesecake yogurt

6:30 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:05 pm : Using the Hoyer lift we transferred Maureen to the bed. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We cleaned the navel with Cetaphil and water and applied a thin layer of Hydrocortisone to the entire area.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.
