December 14 swingshift update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 6:00pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Joanna and I performed a clean and change. We dressed and headed to the kitchen after.

• 6:15pm Dinner - Spaghetti and meatballs. Cup of water.

• 6:45pm Administered 12.5mL Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce.

• 6:50pm Oral care.

• 7:00pm Night time facial routine. We washed Maureen's upper body. Vicks applied to throat and chest. Cetaphil moisturizing lotion applied to Maureen's skin.

• 7:12pm We headed to the bedroom. Maureen's diaper is dry. We applied Carillon barrier cream. Cetaphil moisturizing lotion applied to Maureen's legs. Maureen is lying on her left side supported by two green wedge pillows. Head of the bed elevated.

• Vitals @ bedtime: Temperature 97.2, pulse 78, O2 95%.
