4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

Massaged her right arm and hand.

5:00 pm: came Carolyn. Maureen had very good time with her.

5:30 pm : We changed Maureen in the bed, the diaper was very wet, we applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:45 pm: Dinner with Carolyn: chicken with broccoli prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed her dinner very much. She laughed several times.

6:20 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:35 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under the left breast.

Changed t-shirt

7:15 pm : Using the Hoyer lift we transferred Maureen to the bed. The diaper was wet.

We cleaned the navel with Cetaphil and water and applied a thin layer of Hydrocortisone to the entire area.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:35 pm: asleep

8:30 pm: very wet diaper, medium formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.
