4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in living room. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:35 pm: Using the Hoyer Lift we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion

5:50 pm: Dinner: pork chop, apple souce, corn

6:20 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:25 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with lime yogurt

Maureen had a nice evening with Tommy.

6:35 pm: Evening oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam). Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

Changed t-shirt

7:10 pm : Using the Hoyer lift me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bed. Dry diaper.

We cleaned the navel with Cetaphil and water and applied a thin layer of Hydrocortisone to the entire area.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to the right and left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen had very cold feet. Tom wrapped a warm blanket around them.

7:45pm: asleep
