4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:50 pm : the diaper was dry

5:00 pm: dinner: beef, brocolli and rice.

1/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing six times during the dinner.

5:35 pm : BP: 105/64, P:76

5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
