Maureen sat relaxed in her chair. I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:20 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift, medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

5:30pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen( using the Hoyer lift) for dinner: veggie lasagna

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawbery cheesecake yogurt

6:35 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned face and hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast (used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam), applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s on throat and chest. Applied Nystatin Ointment to Inner forearm.

Changed t-shirt

7:15 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed (using the Hoyer lift). Medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, position left side with two wedge pillows.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet.

Applied Tolcylen to both big toes of the right and left foot

We disinfected the belly button with alcohol prep pads and we applied Hydrocortisone.

7:30 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: Medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:15 am: Medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, position left side with two wedge pillows.

2:45 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow

4:40 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
