December 1 daytime update

• 6:30AM - Maureen is awake.

• 6:50AM - Maya checked the diaper. It is dry.

• 7:15AM - Maureen remains awake. Diaper is still dry.

• Maureen began her day @ 8:18AM. She is in good form. The diaper was light wet. Maya performed a clean and change using 3M Cavilon No-Rinse Cleansing Spray, Barrier Cream and No Sting Barrier Film. Wednesday is bed bath day. Maya used the warmed wipes from the purple packets and Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam to clean Maureen's entire body. After cleaning Maureen's feet, Maya applied the new fungus medication to both big toes. Once the entire process was completed, we headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

• New potential pressure ulcer> While performing the clean and change process, we noted a new potential pressure ulcer in the same area where all of the other ones have developed. See the attached gallery of images. This is an area we will all need to pay close attention to in the next few days.

• Breakfast began @ 9:05AM. Maureen's posture in the geri chair is good. Again, she is tilting a few degrees to the left. Maya started our by giving Maureen a tea spoon of Manuka honey. She then administered the thyroid medication. Maureen coughed four times during breakfast.

• Maureen will consume approximately 4 ounces of prune juice this morning.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage: None

• 9:38AM - Maya administered the blood pressure medication.

• 9:44AM - Morning oral care routine

• 9:55AM - Eyelash cleaning and eye drops

• 10:05AM - Morning facial treatment

• 10:35AAM - Organic fruit smoothie. Maureen coughed only once.

• 10:55AM - Rest Break #1 is fast approaching. We took Maureen to the the bedroom. The diaper was light wet. We performed a clean and change. Next, we positioned Maureen on her left side.

• 11:08AM - Rest Break #1 begins. Maureen will be on her left side for the next 60 minutes.

• 12:05PM - We started to prepare Maureen to get her hair shampooed and styled. The diaper was light wet. Maya and I did a clean and change.

• 12:10PM - Kathy arrived. She and Maya shampooed and styled Maureen's hair.

• 12:50PM - Lunch | Maya prepared 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich on toasted whole wheat, 1/2 a bowl of chicken noodle soup and 1/4 of a sliced tomato. Maureen drank 1 12 ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. We finished up with a small serving of rice pudding. Maureen did not cough at all during lunch.

• 1:00PM - Maya put a new set of sheets on Maureen's bed.

• 1:30PM - Afternoon oral care

• 1:55PM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #2. Diaper was light wet. We did a clean and change and then set Maureen up on her right side.

• 2:08PM - Rest Break #2 begins. Maureen will rest on her right side for the next 60 minutes.

• 3:08PM - Rest Break #2 ends. The diaper was heavy wet. Maya and I performed a clean and change, got Maureen dressed and headed to the front room for some television.

• 3:30PM - Afternoon fruit snack. Maureen coughed only once while enjoying her fruit.
