4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: salmon, potatos, brussel sprouts.

3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:40 pm : BP: 110/64 P:82

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,4

Oxygen: 92

Heart Rate: 80

6:45 asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper..

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper..

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
