February 3, 2026 daytime update

-9:30am Maureen awake & sitting w/Brian, had a couple swabs of water.

-9:45am sat Maureen upright to give her Levothyroxine 25mcg w/applesauce. Gave her a couple zips of water.

-10:00 Morning Care- washed Maureen upper extremities w/warmed purple wipes, changed diaper...she was dry, applied sureprep & cavilon to appropriate areas. Proceeded to dress her to start her day.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, inserted her teeth & gave her approx.2oz of water. Gave her the Loratadine 10mg w/applesauce.

-10:45am made breakfast, 1 egg w/tomato & onion w/half of banana. Feed her & she finished the remaining approx.8oz of w ater.

-11:15 Oralcare & applied facial & hand cream. Took a couple zips of apple juice.

-11:20am resting watching game shows.

-1:00pm gave Maureen her afternoon fruit snack watermelon.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into bedroom for rest break, changed her medium wet diaper.

2:50pm got Maureen up, dry diaper & transferred her into the living room. Finished her apple juice.

3:15pm watching game shows.

-4:30pm Tom made spaghetti for dinner & a coconut water 11oz. that she finished, ate very well for dinner.

-5:10 gave Maureen her bedtime meds. OlanZapine 5mg w/applesauce & Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:25pm gave her another cup of sparkling water, to make sure meds were down.

-5:30 Oralcare

-5:45 transferred into bedroom for the evening.

-Vitals T/98.2 PO/ 82/96

-6:00 Changed Maureen's diaper .medium wet, applied cavilon inner thighs & bottom...redness is better between her thighs. Washed her hands & faced, applied lotion to her legs, feet & hands.
