Daytime Summary Monday Feb. 2nd

-9:30am Maureen is still sleeping.

- 10:00am Maureen is slowly waking up.

• Gave her approx.2oz of water

-10:20am Nurse Shelly came, said Maureen is doing good

P/65 T/98.6 BP/ 102/58

Lungs are clear, Shelly suggested that we continue albuterol nebs, as needed.

-10:45am gave Maureen in a upright right position her Levothyroxine 25mcg w/applesauce

-gave her approx.2oz water

-11:00am Morning care- washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes, changed her diaper it was heavy wet, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Got her dressed for the day & transferred her to living room.

-gave her approx.2oz of water

11:30am gave Maureen her Loratadine 10mg w/applesauce.

11:35am made Maureen a waffle w/jelly & half a banana.

• Facial cream & hand moisturizer applied

• 12:20 Maureen resting

• 1:00pm fruit snack mellon/apple & finished the remaining 3oz. of water.

• Only ate the melon

• 2:00pm transferred Maureen for her rest break, her diaper was dry. Positioned on right side.

• 2:45pm Maureen starting her afternoon, diaper was dry, we washed & fixed her hair & transferred her into the living room. Maureen finished her remaining 8oz. of apple juice.

• 3:45pm watching game shows, approx drank 2oz. of coconut water.

• 4:30pm dinner/orange chicken approx.5oz. of coconut water

• 5:30pm bedtime meds given OlanZapine 5mg w/applesauce and Lacosamide w/applesauce.

• Oral care

• 29oz. Total fluids

• 5:45pm transferred Maureen into the bed, changed her diaper heavy wet w/a odor applied cavilon to appropriate areas & applied calazinc to her inner thighs for redness/irritation. Washed her down for the night and applied cream to upper extremities & legs & feet.
