4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned using only the water and applied Cavilon Lotion on all redness on the inside of the thighs.

Also, we applied Nystatin Ointment under the fold of the abdomen.

6:20 pm: dinner: pasta and meet ball from Portillos.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care

Cleaned with Aloe Vesta

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was medium wet. We cleaned very carefully with just a water and applied Cavilon Lotion on all redness again.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 71

8:05 pm: asleep.
