3:00 pm: Rest Period 2 ended. The diaper was medium wet.

We noticed that redness appeared on the inside of the thighs again.We applied Cavilon Lotion.

Also, redness appeared under the fold of the abdomen. We applied Nystatin Ointment.

3:45 We went to the living room

3:50 Fruit Bowl

Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching show.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:05 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: Tommy visited Maureen. He brought a dinner: pasta and meet ball from Portillos. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate shake from Portillos.

7:10 pm: oral care

Cleaned with Aloe Vesta

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was medium wet. We cleaned very carefully and applied Cavilon Lotion on all redness.

Applied Nystatin under the fold of the abdomen.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 66

8:10 pm: asleep.
