4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner in the living room. She ate fruits snack.

Most of the time she had closed eyes and she was yawning.

6:00 pm: her diaper was dry. We decided to stay for dinner in the living room. Maureen ate some pasta with chicken and brocolli.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:10 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.9

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

7:40 pm: asleep.
