3:45 pm: a nurse visited Maureen. After she left Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer - about 8 minutes.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm : dinner: tacos from Chipotle. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen was coughing only once during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with 1/2 vanila yogurt.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:45 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 89

8:10 pm: asleep.
