4:00 : Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and having good time with Carolyn.

4:35 pm: Nebulizer treatment with saline.

4:55 pm: Dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Chicken Broccoli.

10 oz of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
